Privacy, in plain language.
We run industrial parks, not a data business. This policy says what we actually collect, from this site, from calls and texts, and from the cameras and gates that keep the parks secure, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It’s written to be read, in the same plain language as the rest of this site.
01Who we are and what this covers
This Privacy Policy describes how All Purpose Industrial Medfield LLC (“United Flex Medfield,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit medfieldflex.com, contact us about space, apply to lease, subscribe to our guides and updates, communicate with us by phone or text, or visit one of our parks. It applies to prospective tenants, tenants, park visitors, and website visitors.
It does not cover the terms of any lease (your lease controls its own subject matter) or the practices of third-party sites we link to.

02What we collect
Information you give us
- Inquiries and tour requests: name, email, phone, business name and trade, the space and location you’re interested in, and anything you write in a message field.
- Lease applications: the above plus business details, references, and the financial information reasonably needed to evaluate a commercial lease application.
- Guide and update sign-ups: email (and sometimes name/trade) when you request a printable worksheet, the newsletter, or a first-look list.
- Forms you start but don’t send: when you type into a form on this site, what you have typed so far is saved as you go, even if you never press send. We keep it, with the time of each change, so we have a complete record of your contact with us: for example, if you start a request, leave, and come back later, we can see the whole history in one place. To link those visits, this site keeps a random identifier in your browser for up to a year. This information is used only for that record. It is not added to our CRM or marketing lists, and we never start marketing to anyone from it. Marketing only ever starts with your consent.
- Calls and texts: when you call or text a park line, we receive your number and the content of the communication. Calls to our lines may be recorded or transcribed for quality and record-keeping; where notice or consent is required by law, it is provided on the call.
Information collected automatically
- Website usage: pages visited, referring source, device/browser type, and approximate (city-level) location, via the analytics described in the Cookies section.
- At the parks: our parks are gated and monitored: cameras record common areas, and gate systems log entries by access code. This is a security feature we advertise, and it is also personal information, footage and gate logs are retained for a limited period and reviewed for security, safety, and property-management purposes.
03How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and process applications.
- To operate the parks: gate access, security monitoring, maintenance and service communications, billing and lease administration for tenants.
- To send the content you asked for, guides, worksheets, availability alerts, first-look lists, and, with your consent, marketing about our parks. Every marketing email has a working unsubscribe; texting choices are governed by the Texting Terms.
- To measure and improve the site and our listings (aggregate analytics).
- To comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect the safety of tenants, visitors, and the properties.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles for other companies, and we do not sell personal information. If we ever run our own advertising with retargeting, this policy and the Cookies section will say so first.
04Calls and text messages
You can text a park’s line with questions, and we text you about your inquiry only when you ask us to. The short version of our program:
- Customer care texts (tour scheduling and reminders, space availability, application or lease updates, replies to your questions, lease/account messages for tenants) are sent only if you tick the customer care box on a form or text us first.
- Marketing texts (newly available spaces, park news and events, special offers) are sent only with your express written consent, a separate box you tick, never pre-ticked, and never a condition of touring, applying, or leasing. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.
- You can stop at any time: reply STOP (or unsubscribe, cancel, quit, end, revoke, opt out), or just tell us by any reasonable means, we honor revocations promptly and in all cases within ten business days. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
- We do not share your mobile number or texting opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Full program terms: Texting Terms.
06Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small set of cookies and similar technologies: what’s strictly necessary for the site to work, and analytics that tell us, in aggregate, which pages help people and which don’t. Analytics identifiers are not used to identify you personally by us.
Your choices: browser settings can block or clear cookies; the site works without non-essential ones. If we add advertising pixels for our own campaigns, they will load only where and as the law allows, and this section will be updated to name them.
07Your choices and state privacy rights
Anyone, anywhere: you can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may keep what the law requires or what an active lease needs), and you can opt out of marketing at any time, the unsubscribe link for email, STOP for texts, or a note to the contact below.
Several states where we operate have comprehensive privacy laws that give their residents specific rights, including Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, New Jersey, and New Hampshire. If you are a resident of one of these states, you may have the right to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to appeal a refusal. To exercise these rights, use the contact below; we will verify your request and respond within the time your state’s law sets.
Most of these laws exempt business-to-business data in various ways, but we’d rather honor a reasonable request than argue an exemption.
08Retention and security
We keep information as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for: inquiry records while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period after; application and lease records per legal and accounting requirements; camera footage and gate logs for a short operational window unless an incident requires longer; marketing lists until you unsubscribe; forms you started but didn’t send for at least one year, so the history of your contact with us stays complete, and no longer than that purpose needs.
We protect information with access controls, reputable vendors, and encryption in transit. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you and the law requires notice, you’ll get it.
09Children
Our sites and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our forms are not directed at them. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
